Terms of use
Effective November 6, 2026
Short version. Play fair, pick a decent nickname, and remember this is a game about toilet paper. Leaderboards can be reset.
1. Acceptance
Flush Hour is a game published by EzyApp Studio ("we"). By playing on flushhour.app or in the app, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. The game
Flush Hour is free. We may change it, add or remove features, pause it or shut it down at any time.
3. Your nickname
Your nickname has 2 to 16 characters and must be unique. First come, first served. Nicknames and team names may not be:
- insulting, hateful, discriminatory, sexual or violent;
- used to harass or target someone;
- an impersonation of a real person, a brand or us;
- personal information (full name, phone number, address) or advertising.
We may rename, block or remove a nickname or team name without notice. Your nickname is tied to your device: if you switch devices or clear the game's data, you may lose it. Email us and we will help if we can.
4. Fair play
No bots, scripts, modified game clients, direct server calls to submit scores, bug exploits, or multiple nicknames to stuff the leaderboard. No attempts to overload or get around the service. If you cheat, we may delete scores, block a nickname or cut off access.
5. Leaderboards
The weekly board resets every Monday at midnight Eastern time (Montréal). We may correct or remove scores and reset any leaderboard, including the all-time board, for example after a bug or cheating. There are no prizes and a rank has no monetary value.
6. Teams
Anyone with a team's code can join it. Share it with whoever you want, and only with them. You can leave a team at any time.
7. Web alerts
Team alerts are optional. You can turn them off at any time in the game or in your browser settings.
8. Intellectual property
The game, its name, characters, artwork, music and code belong to EzyApp Studio. We grant you the right to play it for personal, non-commercial use. The characters are fictional: any resemblance to an actual coworker is pure coincidence. We promise.
9. Provided as is
The game is provided as is, without warranty. It may contain bugs, go down or lose scores.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EzyApp Studio is not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Québec's Consumer Protection Act or any other mandatory law.
11. App downloaded from the App Store
These terms are between you and EzyApp Studio, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA) also applies. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Québec have jurisdiction.
13. Changes and contact
